The rules for using Memrov, including imports, review, connectors, Safe AI, billing, and acceptable behavior.

- You control what you upload and what you approve for connector use.
- Memrov provides tools for review, governance, and context delivery; it is not legal, medical, financial, or employment advice.
- Do not use Memrov to violate rights, bypass consent, abuse messaging systems, or run unsafe AI workflows.
These Terms are between you and Memrov, Inc.. By creating an account, uploading data, using connectors, using Safe AI, or accessing Memrov, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the Legal Center.
- You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable law.
- You are responsible for keeping your account, device, sign-in method, and recovery information secure.
- If you create an account through Auth0 or a social provider, that provider may have its own terms and privacy rules.
- You keep ownership of the files, imports, edits, corrections, and content you provide to Memrov.
- You grant Memrov permission to host, process, transform, analyze, display, transmit, and delete that content as needed to provide the product and honor your settings.
- You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload files or information to Memrov.
- Provider files may contain incomplete, incorrect, sensitive, or third-party information. Memrov helps you review and govern that data, but does not guarantee that provider-authored statements are true.
- Memrov may mark information as sensitive, unclear, conflicting, source-only, SQL-only, or connector-ready based on product rules.
- User edits and corrections control what Memrov presents in the connector layer.
- Safe AI may let you choose or route requests to third-party model providers. Model availability, price, latency, safety behavior, and retention settings can change.
- You are responsible for evaluating AI outputs before relying on them.
- Memrov may meter usage, enforce limits, block unsafe use, or suspend access to prevent abuse or unexpected spend.
- Paid features, credits, subscriptions, metered usage, and overages are billed through Stripe unless otherwise stated.
- Prices, included usage, taxes, credits, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refunds are described at checkout, in the billing portal, or in the Billing Terms.
- You authorize Memrov and Stripe to charge payment methods according to the plan and usage you select.
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may throttle, suspend, block, remove, or terminate access if we believe activity creates risk, violates law, harms others, threatens platform integrity, or violates these Terms.
Some features may be beta, experimental, delayed, rate-limited, or unavailable. We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
- Memrov is provided as is and as available, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect extraction, perfect classification, model accuracy, connector availability, or that all provider data is complete.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Memrov will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
