Acceptable Use Policy

• Uploading, processing, or sharing data you do not have the right to use.
• Impersonation, surveillance, stalking, doxxing, harassment, phishing, credential theft, or social engineering.
• Bypassing consent, connector scopes, user corrections, deletion requests, or access controls.
• Generating or distributing malware, exploit instructions, spam, scams, fraud, or deceptive content.
• Using Memrov to make legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, insurance, credit, or similarly high-impact decisions without proper human review and lawful basis.
• Sending SMS or notifications without consent, ignoring opt-outs, or violating carrier rules.
• Overloading, scraping, reverse engineering, attacking, probing, or disrupting Memrov or its providers.
• Using outputs to discriminate, profile protected classes unlawfully, or create unsafe personalized manipulation.

We may warn, throttle, suspend, terminate, remove content, revoke connectors, block API keys, or report activity when needed to protect users, comply with law, or defend the service.
