Billing Terms

Memrov uses Stripe to process payments, provide embedded checkout, save eligible payment methods, issue receipts, and provide a hosted customer billing portal. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

• Free access may include import, review, dashboard, connector previews, or other limits Memrov sets.
• Paid Memrov Cloud access includes web billing, cloud-managed context features, and the monthly Safe AI credit shown at checkout.
• The exact plan price, included Safe AI credit, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and taxes are shown at checkout or in the billing portal.

• Safe AI usage is deducted from the Memrov credit ledger by request, token, model, tool call, credit amount, or another usage unit shown in the product.
• Memrov may stop or throttle Safe AI when the included monthly credit runs out or usage looks unsafe.
• Launch billing does not include automatic overage or auto top-up. Manual Safe AI credit packs require a clear user action before purchase.

You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges or erase account data.

Unless required by law or stated at checkout, paid charges are generally non-refundable after access, credits, or model usage has been delivered. If something went wrong, contact support and we will review the request.

Prices may exclude taxes, fees, and carrier charges. We may change prices or plan features prospectively with notice where required.
