Billing Terms

Memrov uses Stripe to process payments, manage subscriptions, provide hosted checkout, and provide a hosted customer billing portal. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

• Free access may include import, review, dashboard, connector previews, or other limits Memrov sets.
• Paid access may include Safe AI credits, connector features, higher limits, continuous sync, audit depth, or API access.
• The exact plan, price, renewal interval, included credits, overage rules, and taxes are shown at checkout or in the billing portal.

• Safe AI usage may be metered by request, token, model, tool call, credit amount, or another usage unit shown in the product.
• Memrov may stop, throttle, or require top-up when credits run out or usage looks unsafe.
• If auto top-up is enabled, you authorize additional charges according to the threshold and amount shown before activation.

You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges or erase account data.

Unless required by law or stated at checkout, paid charges are generally non-refundable after access, credits, or model usage has been delivered. If something went wrong, contact support and we will review the request.

Prices may exclude taxes, fees, and carrier charges. We may change prices or plan features prospectively with notice where required.
